What should I expect from a social media marketing company?You should expect them to align themselves with your brand. They should work WITH you, not FOR you. They should know your business and its operations so that there is no disconnect between your social presence and the way you conduct business face to face. You can also expect them to lead the charge on specific marketing initiatives (with your input of course). You can expect seamless content shoots, smooth editing, aesthetic graphics, consistent posting and meaningful engagements. Building an engaged, loyal audience is the ultimate goal, and the strategy should reflect that. You should also expect responsiveness, respect, understanding, and availability, all of which are crucial to a long term, successful partnership.

How much does marketing and/or event management cost?Social media/Branding with us costs anywhere between $750 and $4,000 per month, depending on a variety of factors, such as: platforms, number of posts, type of content, events, etc. We also provide email marketing, graphic design and branding, and paid social media ads – all of which affect the monthly price as well.

How do I choose a social media marketing agency?There are a few things to look at when deciding who to have run your social media accounts. First, have they asked the proper questions? Do they have a good grasp of your goals, target audience, your mission? The best social media presence is one that aligns with what you’re doing in person. Second, are they overpromising? Are they guaranteeing to 10x your followers, or 10x your likes without providing a reason why? This is USUALLY a bad sign. It is hard to guarantee anything without logging into your accounts and seeing your engagement analytics. Once this information is tracked and gathered, then it’ll be possible to determine your KPI’s and track progress. We usually like to spend a couple of weeks posting, and seeing performance before we decide on how "what success looks like" for your business on social media.

Why do I need a marketing agency/event manager?Well, marketing is so much more than just posting and printing flyer. You need creative help because every post should have a distinct purpose. You need a designer to make sure your brand is properly reflected online. You need a copywriter to make sure the messaging of each post is on brand and aims to accomplish your goals. And finally, you need the manager, who is in charge of engaging, building a social community, responding to comments & DM’s, etc. This is a lot to handle for any business owner. And as we all know, delegating is one of the most important skills a business owner can have – that’s where we come in.

How many months of management can you do?We work contractually, starting at a minimum of 3 months and going up to 12+ months. We offer a price reduction with a 6+ month commitment. The reason for this is that social media growth doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, consistency, and discipline to achieve true success, and this requires time.

How does the onboarding process work?First, we have you fill out our onboarding questionnaire. It’s a bit lengthy, but we really want you to break down your business, from operations to philosophy. We then meet to dive deep into your answers and really zero in on our strategy and goals. We also make sure we get all of your brand materials, account logins, and any other relevant access that we need to be successful. Finally, we plan our first content shoot in your business. And from there we’re all ready for success!

What tools do you use as a social media management company?Outside of utilizing the different social media platforms, we use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, Meta, and Later to manage our client’s accounts.
